You can tell that it is new because the title says so.
If it wasn’t a new post then the title would be something like “Old post”.
However, as the title is actually “New post” you can easily discern that it is in fact a new post.

So that kinda works, but there is no built-in way to sort by modified date, so the order is a bit random. AI suggests that the only way is to add some code—will get to that at some point…
